Golden Nugget quarter poker?

I logged onto Main Street and saw the scratch card bonus. Something like that may bring me up to playing at a slight advantage against the house.

I'm coming to Las Vegas for the first two weeks in June. The first week, my wife and I will stay on the Strip. Then, she'll fly home and I'm staying another week on Freemont Street just for the video poker.

A week before we arrive, I'll log onto all of the Freemont Street casino web sites and look for special offers, and use those to decide where I'll play. Right now, it looks like Main Street Station is where I'll end up just for the bonus scratch cards.

Question for ConnieD: Do you happen to remember if those machines at Main Street are 9/6 jacks or better?

Also, do you happen to know if Main Street has 9/6 jacks or better that are not coin drop? I don't mind playing TITO machines from time to time.

Sangria, MSS does have five non-TITO machines with 25c 9/6 JoB. Also some other banks with TITO 25c 9/6 JoB. Locations within the casino are listed on this page in vpFREE2:

I'm changing my June room reservation from El Cortez to Main Street Station.

I appreciate what you did because while I am computer literate and my wive is very computer literate, we are both still working. We have so little time to develop internet resources, work drains so much of our time.

Once we retire, I anticipate an entire metal filing cabinet devoted to Las Vegas. All of our slot club/player's club memberships, all the web sites necessary to find deals (just like the one you provided to me), and on and on, will be stored for easy access.

I did read Jean Scott's Frugal Gambler a couple of years ago, and the free stuff that can be scored in Las Vegas (with a good computer) is mind boggling.

I do like message boards where posters support each other and help. You are a great poster of information and I thank you again.
