Inexpensive (cheap) drinks downtown

I'm sure there is no shortage of cheap drinks downtown but any favorites stick out in anyone's mind?   I'm leaning toward the outdoor bars under the canopy but I'm up for anything that's good and reasonably priced.   Thanks in advance

Actually, there IS a shortage of cheap drinks downtown, along with a shortage of cheap everything else (sigh). But if you don't mind walking a few blocks, there's still the happy hour at the Parlour Bar at the El Cortez. Kind of a nice old-school atmosphere. Killer margaritas for $5, among other specials. It's indoors, though--no patio seating. But if you have an LVA coupon book clutched in your sweaty palm, you can redeem both the $10 free play and the Siegel's 2-1 meal coupon. Worth the walk!

I haven't tried it yet, but I would imagine that the LVA 2 free glasses of champagne coupon at the Circa would be up your alley.

Downtown is the place to be with an LVA book.

Here's a few from the "Las Vegas Then and Now" web site. https://lasvegasthenandnow.com/where-to-find-cheap-drinks-downtown-las-vegas/

Thanks guys!

I'll second the $5 margaritas at EL Cortez.     They usually use 1800 Cuervo...sometimes they even use Petron.  It changes every month.    Get them at any casino bar.

Good info!  Now I have something to do until the ice melts.

Agreed on Magnolias, I knew it was in the book but never gave it much notice and then tried getting a table somewhere else that was packed and Magnolias popped into view,  love it,  especially with the coupon but good even in its own right.

May want to check out the remaining happy hours that are downtown.

One more thing, if you are a member of the Four Queens "55 club", you can get 20% off drinks at Chicago Brewery, as well as food there and at Magnolias and Hugo's Cellar
