In my experience, no one has ever been able to keep up with the arcane and mysterious multiple variations in casino pleyers' club policies, and those who think they have a handle on it show up to the clubs expecting to get this or that, only to be told, "We don't do that anymore," or my favorite, to be met with an uncomprehending blank look.
Casino websites are a semi-sorta reliable source of such information, but due to the extremely difficulty of and existential agony imposed by updating those websites more than once a decade, you can't rely on what you read there, either.
Therefore, you must call and ask, and of course, since you're a gambler, you'll enjoy the lottery-style contest to get your call answered by someone who doesn't speak and reason as if they've just been bashed over the head. Good luck!
During Covid everyone was matching tiers, now not so much unless you are at the highest levels. But never hurts to ask. I haven't seen much matching at all downtown.
