More downtown thoughts

I can see Dan Gilbert of JACK Casinos whom really needs a Vegas presence to keep his customers in Ohio and Michigan happy, interested in a downtown Vegas project. Mr. Gilbert is a big buyer of inner city properties in Cleveland and Detroit. I can see him moving west and building or redeveloping a Property in Vegas. He could also use a western base for his quicken loans company. Any one else have any ideas.
Harrahs / CET needs a presence downtown. If you are a TR member you have no options downtown. but I guess it would be pocket change to them.
They had Binions for a moment or two.
I imaging CET downtown with their obscene resort fees would not be very popular.

Yup, just long enough to install 6/5 blackjack, strip it of the Horseshoe name, World Series of Poker and any dignity the place ever had.

Two or 2 owners later the place is a shell of it's former self. I miss the old days there.

I don't know of many members that would see a CET presence downtown as positive. A company in financial trouble like them wouldn't have much to offer value seeking DT clientle.

Good Luck!
