New Four Queens Parking Information

I didn't feel it was so much a matter of poor customer service as a communication problem. t checkin my clerk should have askedif I was driving and then made sure that I understood that to get out of the garage without paying I would need that parking pass. Hell, at valet, they should have told me pickup anf dropoff weren't the same location. It was no big deal that first morning, it just would have been easier if I had known all the rules.

Good Luck!

Ok group, now that I'm back, here is what I found.

To exit Four Queens Parking Lot and not pay, you need to either get your Parking Ticket stamped (Validated) by the machine by the Cashier's Cage (I don't know for sure if you can get the ticket validated more than once if you are there for more than 3 hours -- maybe that should be looked into) or show them the Parking Pass (if you're a Hotel Guest).

You may also have to tell the Parking Attendant (once you show them the Parking Pass) your Room number and what tower you're staying in.

So, in other words, it's best to just valet anywhere else where you don't have to jump through hoops to get your car back without a charge.

That's my thought too. LOL

In fact, in all the years I have been to LV,
I don't think I ever parked at the 4 Queens,
garage or valet.

Years ago, when I frequented downtown the most, you could park right on the street
about a quarter block from Fremont or closer.

The cabs used to line up on Fremont, taking up
the whole block next to Binion's.

We always park at the 4 Queens when we play downtown, and we make sure to get the stub stamped at least every three hours. When we have stayed more than three hours, they have always charged us $1 - 1.50. We never questioned it because it was such a low price, but it never made sense -- there is a list of parking rates, and this amount did not seem to be on the list -- really random
The company that owns the 4Qs and Binions only owns the hotels, they rent the land and the 4Qs parking lot is leased to yet another company. They do charge for valet, but you can get your tix validated and thus comped.
The other thing about the valet at 4Qs is that it's located on a side street (I think it's 3rd st), When I stayed there it took me two trips around the block to find it. Years ago I used to valet at the Nugget when I went downtown and I'm pretty sure it was on the backside of the hotel, so it was easy to find.

Good Luck!

The Golden Nugget now has two valets -- the original one off of Casino Center Blvd, and the new one for the Rush Tower that can be accessed from the entrance off of Main St. (at Carson Ave) or the entrance from Bridger Ave (at 1st St).
