New GN Rush Gold Club rooms

Has anyone here stayed in the new GN Rush Gold Club rooms? They just opened Dec. 1.

We have stayed in the other Gold Club rooms and really like the room and amenities. But I can't find any reviews on these new rooms, not even on TripAdvisor.

I'm staying in one next weekend. If my rapidly eroding long-term memory will function properly, I'll come back with an update when I get back.

Wait, that article showed rooms of what looked like the previously opened Rush Tower rooms. I stayed in those rooms in that article back in June, 2012. So are these *newest* rooms the same as the others?

I don't think it is the rooms that are "new" - it is the "Gold Club" experience has been added to 74 of the rooms.

While all of the rooms in the Rush Tower are large, modern retreats, the new Gold Club rooms and suites offer guests an added luxury experience with included amenities like VIP check-in, nightly turndown service, complimentary wireless internet access, bottled (Figi) water and refreshments as well as complimentary spa facility access. In addition, these rooms are located on key-card access floors.

Interesting. I'll tell you what. Those Rush Rooms were great. For the extra few dollars per night, I would say splurge and enjoy! My wife and I were quite impressed. (that said, we're simple folk with low expectations. The fact there was no dead body in the room exceeded our expectations).
