Plaza ice machines

I was going to stay at the Plaza, for something different, but I hear they only have ice machines on
certain floors. Just wondering if that's true? Also, is the service really that BAD...Just wondering?

I am not sure about every floor but when I stayed there in May, my floor had an ice machine. As far as the service I was treated very well and would not hesitate to go back. The only problem that I have with the Plaza is with the craps tables being extreamly bouncy.

Maybe they only WORK on every other floor.

Actually, this would be an improvement over the last time I stayed there.
