PLAZA RESORT FEE $10.00 A NIGHT RESORT FEE

The Plaza has instituted a $10.00 a day resort fee effective 07/24/2012. If you booked a room for after that date, and are paying for the room, add $10.00 a day to your total. This is detailed in the Resort Fee section of the LVA website.

This really makes me mad , since their resort fee includes using the pool, which closes at
6pm daily!! The earliest pool closing hours in all of Las Vegas is now at the Plaza.

The resort fees and 6:5 blackjack are getting out of hand and ridiculous!! So far, I'm refusing to stay or play at both.

Do note that anyone who has a Comped room does not have to pay the resort fee!

I don't see how you could say that "everyone here" gets their rooms at the Plaza comped.

The outrage we've seen about this new resort fee suggests to me that many "here" aren't comped at Plaza.

But for those that are comped the new resort fee is actually a good thing. Now internet is free at the Plaza.

We're comped at the Plaza and I do like the remodel, but resort fees annoy me on general principle (not sure I want to start THAT discussion again). Seems like their comp policies have gotten tighter since the remodel, though, and the VP has certainly gotten tighter. Someone has to pay for the remodel, I guess.

We stayed 2 nights last October...large reno'd room. Comfty bed and a great view of Freemont Street. The check-in process was so slow, parking sucked, pool was closed (I think) and the casino lacking (old machines not much action). I'd like to pop in and see if there's any change.
