Plaza Room Safes?

Anyone know if the rooms in the Plaza come equiped with a safe and while I am at it, what type of coffee maker, those crappy one cup makers or a good old drip coffee maker? THX, 24 days and counting
I stayed in a North Tower room in Sept. and a South Tower room in Dec. both rooms had safes in them.
So your covered , as to the Coffee Makers, you will need to have a Coffee drinker answer because I
don't drink Coffee, but they are in the room for sure, I just didn't pay much attention to them.
We stayed in a mini suite last year and it had a Keurig machine (single cup pod thing). If I had known, I would have brought my favorite pods along with me. Sorry, no regular machine.
Yes, there is definitely a safe in the Plaza rooms that I have been in. As for a coffeemaker, sorry, I didn't pay attention to that because just like Lee O, I don't drink coffee either!

No coffee machines in the South Tower rooms, but we had a brand new safe this trip. Just the right size for my I-pad and my roll of nickels. Excellent espresso/coffee at the coffee shop by the front door....
We carry a portable water heating element - 4 inches x 1 inch - costs $10.00. Buy the bags of coffee or teabags and it works great - brews 1 mug at a time. We bought ours at the pharmacy in the travel section.
I would call and ask to be transferred to the hotel front desk manager (front desk clerk MIGHT know, consider asking them first. I'll make them feel helpful). The front desk clerk SHOULD know, if not, as to be transferred to the head of housekeeping. Is my advice a bit of a hassle? Yes. But knowing ahead of time will allow you to prepare and bring with you exactly what you'd like/want. My wife and I stayed in a Caesar's room one time with a Kuerig and because we had a car, we drove to the local Bed, Bath & Beyond and bought an entire box for $10-$15, whereas, they hotel charged $10 PER POD! Again, like Egglady, had we known we'd have just brought them with us from home. Fortunately, we had a rental and like to drive around Vegas and check out how the locals live!
Seriously? $10 per pod???? Wow.....

I stayed at Golden Gate in October and it was my first experience with a Keurig. It was $2 on the menu and when I checked out they didn't even bother with the charge.
