The Plaza for 2014 has changed the way you earn entries for the periodic slot tournaments. the usual amount given out on these tournaments is $20,000.00. This is not the daily tournaments.
Before if you a queen card thru Ace card, you would get free entries or a reduced buy in fee ($25.00 one half of usual $50.00 fee)
Now entries are given only if a certain amount of play is reached prior to the tournament. As an example you may be mailed an entry with a room offer. This should reduce the amount of entries in a given tournament.
It would be interesting to see how many entries there are in the January 2014 tournament as opposed to the last one in 2013.
