Looks to me they are determining what to do with the Brian Christopher area now that BC is no longer part of it.

Thanks for posting, Inigo

Indigo is correct. We were just there a few weeks ago.

Brian has moved on so not much point in keeping it with his name on it.

I tried to do the survey, mostly in support of any casino with non-smoking, but also would submit LVA in the  "where did you hear about the Plaza non-smoking area?" question.  A question asked how often I gambled there, with a "never" option which I selected, since I haven't.  But the remaining questions did not jibe, none of the responses agreeing with the "never" have visited option.  My submission wasn't accepted since I couldn't answer all of the questions.

Nice prize, the 2 night stay with free play and food and the show.  Hope somebody here (LVA Forums) wins it.

I just want to know how effective the survey responses will be on their policy, given that almost all who bother to respond will be in favor of a nonsmoking area. I also wonder ..would such an area be truly separate, or would a member of the stink-stick gang be able to park 10 centimeters away from the boundary and pollute away? That's what I've seen in other nonsmoking areas in casinos--a joke.

I also remember AZ Chuckies and Wed Wock designating nonsmoking areas --and all the machines had bad paytables. Plaza might do that. You want to breathe clean air, play our 97% games...peasant!

Plaza's Brian Christopher slot area is a small separate room from the casino so there is no way to have a smoker sitting next to it unless they stood in the doorway.  But yeah, an example is Golden Nugget's smoke free poker room, people stand at the rail and smoke which is inches from some tables.
