I'd say West Tower just because it's closest to valet/front desk. Just completed a stay in that tower and room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Zero noise leakage from FSE or the thump-thump-thump Circa pool.
Simply because it's closer to the front desk and valet, I'd pick the West Tower. Just returned from a visit at that tower, and the room was tastefully furnished, spotless, and cosy like banking method. There is no noise leaking from FSE or the circular pool.
As I remember, both have been remodeled within recent memory and we have stayed in both--but 4-5 years ago (pre COVID). We thought both were more than acceptable. I think the West tower seemed slightly larger and has all bathroom fixtures within the bathroom; and, the East tower has the lavatory outside the bathroom door. We will definitely stay there again.
