Yes, it's on Fremont Street (there is only one "e" in Fremont -- it's in honor of a great explorer of the Western United States -- John C. Fremont if I remember correctly) but it is actually three blocks East of where the Viva Vision screen ends and two blocks East of the end of the Fremont Street Experience (at Las Vegas Boulevard).
The first block past the FSE on the same side of the street as El Cortez has the bar/arcade called "Insert Coin(s)."
