They have crazy cheap breakfast specials that are good. The under $2 breakfast special requires a beverage purchase. So your out around $4 for a really good breakfast. Casino is small.
Its a great little dive. 8/5 BP w progressive at the bar. And the frindly bar staff keeps your drink full. They have a couple blackjack tables that only run when it gets busy - usually after dinner time. There's also an onsite barber shop.
The restaurant features a cheap prime rib too. I want to say $5.99 but cant remember for sure.
I took some pictures in my trip report 2 years ago.... Trip report
a good bang for your buck type place---a low-rollers paradise --decent video-poker----low limits-----reasonable if not cheap food prices -----tips are greatly appreciated by a grateful staff----if you are looking for a local friendly place it is here----
Thanks for the help. Im debating taking the Sams Town Shuttle then Uber it to Skyline. It looks like a fun little dive bar, but dont know if its worth the time spent getting there. Thought about renting a car, but I like to enjoy a cocktail and dont want to chance it on the roads.
We were just there this week. We drove to GVR for two free breakfasts from MyVegas and took the short swing off I215 on Sunset to go there. Not a distance to drive for a $1.50 shrimp cocktail. But if you go there you will find a friendly little casino with good prices and good games.
if time is not an issue and you do not want to drink and drive--------take the free shuttle to sams town-----then-----take the local public bus on boulder highway heading south towards Henderson and get off at the skyline, believe it is bus # bhx--------would recommend getting both schedules to coordinate your timing----or------you can take the public bus fron the downtown terminal and go direct-----
