If I'm remembering correctly (although please correct me if I'm wrong), RFB stands for full Room, Food and Beverage being comped and LFB stands for the room being comped but limited Food and Beverage being comped.

I just read in this month's LVA that parking is free at the Plaza but when I visited 2 weeks ago we had to pay $5 and we could not validate to get our money back like we used to before the re-modeling. We weren't guests there but we were shocked by this!
I asked at check in, and was told the parking garage would take my room-number-receipt thingy as evidence &not charge to park. Yes, they can charge and the majority of downtown garages have gone that way, with some still validating, like binions, but only for a limited number of hours. It's still possible to park free at golden gate, I think. The directions to the LVC garage appear to lead no-where, but I remember parking in a garage there long ago! I dont like paying to park, but I really hate walking the half mile from MGM's lot to the strip. I think the western will be free for a while, still. Good Luck!

Park at the MSS carpark, it's $3, go to the cashier with receipt and get your $3 back, no validation needed.

Valet park at any casino for free (with tip).
