I can answer this one. Vegetarians don't like having animal or possibly inspect stuff being hidden in ingredients lists.

I obviously figured that but I wonder how many people seriously check out that kind of stuff.

I mention this because I have a friend who is a Seventh Day Adventist and I asked him about that kind of stuff and at least from what I understood, he didn't much seem to want to be bothered with trying to track down buried or hidden ingredients and so was willing to deal with the possibility of actually consuming stuff that had ingredients that they are trying to avoid.

And so, I wonder how many Vegetarian people would like to go to Adar Pizza where they wouldn't have to worry about dealing with that kind of stuff (excepting for the Fish dishes that were served).

I have traveled with a vegetarian friend and found that all you need to do is just ask. You may not see a lot on the menu, but most places will work with you to come up with something yummy.

My friend's fave choices so far have been veggie pizzas as MSS and Chicago brewing, veggie sushi at MSS, and everyplace that serves breakfast 24 hours per day. Any buffet will have enough to satisfy a vegetarian.
Hey ineedaspiderkiller,

So have you gone yet to LV to check this out or are you going sometime soon to LV?

Sept 6th 8 nights---I'll give you the scoop when I return I have a few planned out...although will eat fish or seafood once or twice a month tops. Mainly when I'm out. Sometimes I'll go a month or two without. So I guess I'm a tad-pescatarian. GO figure I feed my dog raw meat

I'm at the Pet expo- 3 days @ MB

I have some rest.com coupons thanks to westie>>>he has the go to on everything. That guy should start his own blog!

I've found some options @ the cafe in the hotel, Fleur @ MB, mexican place on the way to the luxor and thankfully Vegas has breakfast meals everywhere 24/7. Not organic/ free range eggs ...I'd so pay for the extra cost. I'm planning my 2 seafood meals- I'm thinking Lotus of Saim for a fish dish and the Flame for the daily fish ( the fish is served on these wonderful seagreens I'm totally in love with) If anyone has a to die for seafood option please pass it on.

Rec, does your friend look for vegan entrees. I'd think in LA, he would have many choices.

Hey Lisa,

My friend doesn't live in L.A. -- actually he's been by Riverside although he probably is going to be moving to Las Vegas.

He actually went with me to Adar Pizza in LV and actually thought that the food was fine.
