Vibration in Fremont restroom?

I have noticed when using the women's restroom at the Fremont Hotel near the buffet that there is a strong vibration. It is so strong that the stalls are rattling. I first noticed this in June of this year and it has continued all of these months since. The people that work there do not know what it is, or they are not saying. It is like an earthquake that never ends. I am worried that this amount of vibration on an old building like this can not be good. Does anyone know what is causing this and if it is doing damage to the structure of the building?
I have no idea about the cause of that or what damage if any is being done but maybe there is something like a department of building and safety in the City of Las Vegas (since Downtown LV is actually Las Vegas proper) that the incidents that you have witnessed can be reported to and so maybe they could be contacted about that.

But since you heard this noise and witnessed the shaking, maybe it should be you who makes an inquiry (files a complaint).
Its probably the overload of the toilets trying to flush after people ate at the buffet
was there in January 2017 and there was no vibration in he ladies room. In fact it was very nicely remodeled.
