Well, based on the offers I receive from playing downtown, I would say the Golden Gate has the best comp offers.

The Plaza seems to be rather easy too.

As far as clean fresh non-smoking places to play,
I would say Golden Nugget and MSS are the 2
I cough at least.

This does not count the dice game in the alley behind Lady Luck at midnight on Wednesdays.
