Your biggest annoyances / gripes in or about the casino

It would be nice if they would make slot machines with the Ash tray holder in the middle...Thereby the smoker can completely enjoy the cancer causing smoke that they are extending to those around them!

It's high time that casinos create non-smoking sections in their gaming areas.

+1 ! IMO,the Fremont is the most smokey casino.
The smoke DOES bother people who don't smoke!
They tried smoke free casinos and they failed.
Just need a compromise.
I think the main floor should have 1/3 NON SMOKING section.
Too bad if your machine is in the smoking section......
Does some one want a non drinking section, too?

I didn't think so.

Smoke...or more specifically rude smokers who come to a craps table and proceed to blow smoke every which way except up and away from those at the table. I've actually thanked guys before when I saw them light up but they were considerate enough to keep the lit cig away from the table and they blew the smoke away as well...it isn't rocket science.

Not only do they up point levels but Harrah's points last only for 6 months. I'm from Hawaii, not retired, high air fares and can only make it to Vegas once a year, twice if I'm lucky. My Harrah's points are always gone by my next visit, casino points used to last for 18 months. Cosmo sends me offers for 2 free nights, good bye Harrah's Group.
Like wise, I hate those resort fees. I don't like paying for things I don't use. Fees takes the great out of great offer.

The small downtown casinos are too smokey, my eyes water and my throat hurts. Better air exchangers like the strip casinos would help.

Too many panhandlers, makes my wife nervous.

Casinos, rethink your priorities, we come here to gamble, entice us to play. Low table minimums, better paying slots that hit often and longer time limits for ours reward points. Something happens in our lives and we can't make it back to Vegas in time and bingo, back to zero again. And you're looking for loyal customers. Take care of the gamblers that help build Vegas not only the young party goers who think about mostly partying and getting wasted. Remember the old Vegas, good cheap food, nice lounges without long lines with some dancing and very good perks in return for our gambling. Downtown hasn't lost all of that completely The Strip is almost a lost cause. The large groups, Harrah's and MGM are forgetting about the gamblers.

Right on, Bushman!
Although this "past " casino was on the strip, The old Westward Ho had all of that, good gambling,
free afternoon entertainment, free coffee, juices, donuts etc. in the morning for guests, free ice cream
in the afternoon, and a free evening Dinner Show/ Meal for all invited guests, even the lowest rollers
that had their card and gave them some nominal play got this, along with free rooms !
We need more Casino's like this again !!
-Player's clubs keep upping their tier requirements and shortening the the life of their points. I live in Hawaii and make it to Vegas once a year, twice if I'm lucky. By the time I return my points have disappeared. Caesars is the worst.
-Larger groups like MGM and Caesars means less comps and offers. The independents offer more.
-Why do the strip hotels cater to the young who mostly party and get drunk? Old Vegas took care of the more mature gamblers with more comps and offers, we'll give you the play.
-I don't like the idea of making up losses with hotel fees for things I never use and now what, a $10 fee for phone reservations. I want the person taking my reservation to check my player's club account and let me know if I have any free rooms.
-I come to Vegas to gamble, eat and relax, take all our money away before we even set foot on the casino floor and I'll end up Downtown or outside of The Strip.
