zip line at fremont street

We bought a photo but I can't remember the cost. Seems like it was 20 bucks. They also email you a link to the pictures and you can purchase them when you get home.

Got a two fer the first time I did it. Got a day pass the second time. LOVED it!

I think getting a day pass is a good value. You can get a LOT of rides in before dark and you can still do rides when the neon is bright.

FYI: If you like the Fremont St. zipline, you should be BC Flightlinz (Bootleg Canyon, out at Boulder City.) Same company that runs the Fremont St. zipline, but it's 4 runs over the desert. AWESOME!

My 11 year old daughter did it three time on our visit in July. She LOVED it! Cheaper rates before evening,also less busy. They do have a weight restriction of 250lbs.
They make you put loose items in a bag, that is attached to you while you zip.

Yesterday I finally took a look at the "Today In Las Vegas" Magazine from November 2012 that I picked up by the Hotel Registration Desk at El Cortez and in there I saw a $5 Off coupon in there for (if I'm remembering correctly -- since I don't have it in front of me right now) daytime rides. And there was also some deal for the other BC Flightlinz attraction.

So check that out if you're interested!

Ok, Group, I now have the ad in front of me and for the Fremont Street Zipline, it says $5 Off of Daytime Only and that you MUST bring in the ad for the offer.

The ad for the Fremont Street Zipline actually says that it's 850 Feet of Zipline! It says to Take in the panoramic view of Downtown from the top of a 60 Foot platform at speeds of up to 30 MPH!

As for the BC Flightlinez one (this same ad in Las Vegas Today says that you can get a Free T-Shirt when you bring in the ad), it says that it is 8,000 Feet of Zipline and Complimentary Transportation from The Strip. You will soar over the Mojave Desert down Four separate Ziplines (at speeds of up to 60 MPH) and enjoy breathtaking views of Las Vegas, Boulder City, Lake Mead and the Eldorado Valley.

Tours run daily and the office opens at 7AM. There is a Weight Restriction of 75-250 LBS.

If you've never zip lined, the Fremont St one is okay. If you have, its a waste of time.
Now the one in Bootleg Canyon, thats another story. That one is flat out spectacular. Went out there with some friends who have zip lined many places and they absolutely loved it. I'm well over the weight limit so I was unable to participate but did get some nice photos of i.
