Yes, the zip line is a huge success - it's not going away, by any means.
As far as Neonopolis, businesses have started to move in. I don't really have any firsthand knowledge of what's going on there other than what I've read and observed.
The Toy Store is now located there in the center of the complex, although it's not viewable from the outside - hopefully they'll get enough word of mouth advertising as well as Pawn Stars coverage to draw traffic. A new Italian restaurant opened there a month or so ago, as well as a Mediterranean restaurant. There's supposed to be a Denny's opening at some point, and of course, the Heart Attack Grill opened last month (it was splashed all over the paper and news yesterday due to a patron having a heart attack there over the weekend).
I think Telemundo (a spanish-language TV station) is operating on the top floor.
As far as what will happen in the future, who knows. We'll see by summer, as there have been major problems in the past with air conditioning and the current manager of the place....which is why most businesses there have failed in the past, from what I've heard. Here's a link to a story from last summer: Neonopolis in the news.
