AC CAESARS/HET restaurant

Going to AC in a couple of weeks. Need to make a reservation @ a CET/HET restaurant to take advantage of $500 restaurant credit. Looks like we'll be @ Caesars. If it were you and it needd to be a steakhouse, would you go to morton"s or nero's? Also, if you could go to any CET AC restaurant, where would you go? Two different questions. Flip! Noah Cat! Help!
Sorry Blinky, I haven't eaten at either restaurant. I don't play much at CET/HET properties and get my food comped at Trump Plaza.
I haven't eaten at the either steakhouse at Caesars, but I'd lean toward Nero's, just because there's a Morton's in every town these days. It's probably very good, but on vacation I'd rather eat somewhere unique.

Regarding my favorite restaurant at Caesars, hands down it's Kwi, the noodle bar.
Thanks for the heads up about KWI!!

we adore Kwi but it's a noodle bar-- it's cheap and good if you aren't carrying a $500.00 food comp!
(Try sharing the coconut ice cream after dinner)
Kwi's to be back burnered this time.

I would do Nero's too if you have that much credit to burn..
In fact when are you going?
I'm there Sunday, Monday Feb 13/14th if you want to feed me....
$500.00 would feed 4 people easy she said innnocently
I'm also a fan of KWI; but it's much more than a noodle bar, IMHO.

They have a few daily specials, which often include Salt 'n Pepper Shrimp as well as an entire deep fried lobster (>$65). Lunch for two easily runs me close to $80-$90 (appetizers and entrees).

Primavera (the Italian gourmet restaurant at Caesars) is very good. I used to frequent it, but was last there this past summer. Incredible Osso Bucco, if you like that sort of thing. Ask for Ziggy as your waiter (he's been there since 1983'ish); you won't be disappointed!

Great info, folks! NoahCat, our reservation wound up being at Morton's on Sat. the 12th. You in AC then? If so, I.M. me. There will be four of us, but no worries. We usually put verbs and nouns in all sentences. Come join us. As for Morton's, I appreciate the suggestion rowanb. Took it up with the group. I was persuaded to go with Morton's because we actually have never heard of the place and it gets some good reviews. Glad to know no one on this board told us Morton's was a place to avoid. Oh, thanks also baccarat guy for the heads up about Primavera. That place and KWI are on the list!

Yippee! Some great advice over several postings. Couldn't be more excited about checking out AC!!
Morton's will treat you right.
Thanks- I'm not there til noon Sunday.
Next time, and may the fluck be with you

Give Kwi a chance for a quick gaming break- right across from Mortons and by the Asian HR area by the boardwalk entrance (also check out their asian bathrooms in there too. I mean, in the semi enclosed Asain gaming room) square porsilen dishs as sinks as a long thin stream of silent water falls down on your hands. Nice touch!
Next time. And KWI is a definite.
Woo...Hoo...Can't wait to meet up again JM
