Atlantic City Hotels

I know there was just a thread about Hotels. I can get some comped rooms at Bally's, Showboat or Harrah's in June. We would like to enjoy the Ocean, but also like nice rooms. I can get a Tower Deluxe at Bally's and most other higher options at the rest. We mainly play VP, so any help would be appreciated.

I gave up on Bally's. Everytime I get an offer for comp rooms at Bally's I always get stuck in the old Dennis Tower. Those rooms by my opinion are horrible. I always reserve/request a deluxe room in their tower but when checking in they are never available. I now usually go for Showboat always accommodating. Hopefully you will be luckier getting a nicer room.

I would like to stay at the Showboat. I heard that about Bally's. Harrahs from what I heard is nice, but I would like to enjoy the boardwalk . Can you tell me anything about the Showboat.

I prefer Harrahs. Yes, I know it's away from the boardwalk, but if it's not hot when you go, what does it matter? It's very cold to walk along the boardwalk in the off season.

I would rather stay at Harrahs, which has a fabulous indoor pool, great drink service, lovely rooms, a great buffet, and friendly employees than to stay at the Showboat, which is rather known for the daily shuttle buses of the masses to play. And right out the door is a free shuttle to their other properties on the boardwalk, if you are so inclined. Although if there is a horrible line for it, I just pay the 2.50 and ride the city jitney bus.
