I just received my August newsletter from Windsor. Their DL is set to open "this fall" but no specific date mentioned. The newsletter noted that food will be served in the DL. The lounge will be free to 7* as well as Diamond who earned 25,000 tier in 2011 or in 2012. Diamond with less than 25,000 tier will be charged $10 in reward credits for their visit.
Diamond can visit once per day along with one guest. If Diamond is under 25,000 tier card holder will be charged $10 in reward credits for both.
7* can bring up to 3 guests without charge.
This is the same requirement as AC lounges. It sounds like the food selection will be equivalent too. Alchohol will be served but no mention of cost. I am assuming they have to charge for alchohol since Ontario law makes them charge on the casino floor.
