GN rooms vs Harrahs Bayview or Waterfront rooms

I would like to get your opinions about which to choose.
Assume the following:
Mid week trip, one person past age 60, nonsmoker

I do not care about swimming pools or WiFi

Main concerns:

Security
Clean
Comfortable bed
QUIET

I have never stayed at GN in AC. I do like the casino . (Really do like GN Rush Tower in LV)
I have done several recent trips to Harrahs Bayview tower, but have not stayed in any other tower.

I understand that the GN players card for AC and LV will be combining. That could be interesting.

Your opinions appreciated.
Only the Waterfront rooms are on a similar level to the standard rooms at GN. I've stayed in all three room types and didn't enjoy the Bayview premium as much as the Waterfront or GN rooms. From what I can see online, the GN rooms in AC are similar to the Rush Tower rooms in Vegas.

I really do like both hotels and casinos. Both seem to have similar security to access your room, though the GN is much smaller and feels a little safer to me. I honestly don't remember the beds too much, so I would say they are equal in my mind, no negatives for me there. I think the GN is cleaner and is newer all around. I would say that both hotels would be pretty quiet midweek. You will be happy either way!

So if you stay at Harrah's, do the waterfront tower. I believe the "Premium" room is on a higher floor. Rooms are very nice and have views of either the city or the estuary.

GN has more of a boutique feel to it, being more trendy and smaller.
I have stayed in both and prefer the rooms and casino at Harrahs over the Nugget. They have removed machines at the Nugget to put in more bar space, and that's just not what I am there for.
