Harrahs AC Atrium suites??

My wife and I have become regulars at the Harrahs Waterfront Tower. The rooms are large and we like being near the pool. Now I am being offered the Atrium Tower Suites and told this is a step up from the Waterfront.

I didn't ask for a suite, so I was curious enough to look on trip advisor and the reviews are mixed.
Does anyone here have an opinion about the Atrium suites.
Please report back. I recently stayed in the Waterfront Tower. The room was very nice.
It is a two room suite, with a living room & bedroom. They are nice. I also like the Waterfront Tower. The elevator for the Atrium Tower is right next to the high roller area.
When I can get an Atrium suite, I take it.

I should add the Atrium suites are nowhere as nice and spacious as the suites in the Bayview Tower.
The Atrium Tower is the oldest tower and once was the whole hotel. I have stayed there a couple of times and I like the set-up. Having a tv in both the bedroom and living room could be handy if there are 2 of you. I prefer the Marina tower because of it's central location. The newer towers are too far from the casino.

The rooms are fine in all the towers, although the bathrooms are better laid out in the newer towers, if it makes a big difference to you (all I need is for it to be clean).

Since Showboat closed, Harrah's is my choice.

I have no love for the Atrium suites. All of the suites have a small bedroom area, a moderately sized bathroom with a bathtub shower and a small living room area. There is no door separating the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is nothing to write home about. The living room has large window with a draw curtain that allows people walking in the hallway to look into your room. The curtain is not what it should be. As my husband and I are underwear/naked people, I have issues with this large window. I prefer any room in the Bay View or Water Tower over the Atrium Suite.
I'll take the Atrium whenever it is offered. I like the easy access to the casino too. The sofa in the second room also has a pullout bed. The bathroom in the one I stayed in recently had been updated with a pedestal sink and new counter top. You do have to remember to close the curtains in the front room though.
The Bayview tower has the largest and nicest rooms but I am not fond of the long walk to get there.
Ditto on closing the drapes. The living room faces the walkway which goes around the interior of the building. The two rooms are nice but the bathroom I had was standard and no comparison to those in the Bayview Tower. Bayview has oversized tubs and separate shower. The Waterfront rooms I've been have showers only. The latter two towers are closer to the pool, buffet and Sammy D's.
I finally stayed in the Atrium Tower.
It is definitely older, and the bathroom is smaller.
I was there alone and liked the location. If I am with my wife, then Waterfront tower is better since she uses the pool early in the am.

I thought the Atrium was quieter. I did not hear slamming doors or the early morning maid service.
On a Wednesday night I don't need to be near the pool .

I also liked the location near the casino, bar, and jitney.

So if I am offered a comp in the middle of the week, and I am alone, I will take the Atrium.
I would not pay extra for it. It is not that great. IMHO

there is a sliding door separating the bedroom and living room. it is tucked into the wall at the far left end of the closet with the mirrored doors.
