I was in Harrah's AC last weekend & noticed a sign stating the shuttle between Caesars/Harrahs properties has been suspended as of 1 January 2015 @ 2AM.
It was recommended to take a taxi or use the Jittney ($2.25) between their properties.
Another cost cutting move I suppose.
