Harrahs AC

I received a flight/hotel package for 3 nights from Milwaukee to Harrahs AC. It said that we're assigned rooms, but I was wondering if there are any rooms with an ocean view here. I've only stayed at Caesars AC and love the ocean view. Would also like a whirlpool tub, but don't know if any of the rooms here have those either. Considering it's free, beggars can't be choosers, but I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
Harrah's is in the Marina District. No ocean views. Best rooms are in the Waterfront Tower and The Bay View Tower. I prefer the Bay View Tower because the bathrooms are large and contain a deep tub as well as a separate shower...though the TVs aren't flat screen. Waterfront is newest tower with flat screens but the bathrooms are smaller.

You can check in 2 ways. One way is thru their self service kiosk. The line is short and the check in is quick and easy. The disadvantage is that if you want a room upgrade you have to pay for it as compared to waiting on the longer staffed line and using your charms.

They tend to be strict about a 3pm checkin unless you are diamond or better
We took one of these charters a couple of months ago.
The bus from the airport dropped us in the back and there was a special check in there. Everyone in the group lined up and they already had your keys ready. You just had to sign a charge slip.
There was no selection but our room was in the waterfront tower and Moms was in the Bayview Tower.
Both had excellent water views and were very comfortable.

If you're up high enough and facing the city, then you can see some of the ocean, but the rest of the town and casinos will block your view of the beach. If you don't face the city, then you'll have a bay view, so you'll be able to see water (and a nice sunset most nights). The only bad views are low floors that might face another building.

I have pictures of a lot of different rooms from Harrah's AC:

Stu gave a pretty good quick assessment of the best rooms. As long as you're not in the Harbour Tower, then all rooms are pretty nice. If a big bathtub is important, then you'll have to get yourself into the Bayview Tower (or a suite, but not at Atrium Suite, because they have standard sized tubs). If a flat screen TV is important, then you'll want the Waterfront Tower. If proxity to the casino is most important, then the Marina Tower is your best bet.
Thanks everyone for your help!!! We got back last night. Our room was in the Waterfront Tower, 26th floor, and had a nice view. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear noise from the hall or adjoining rooms. Flatscreen TV. Large walk in shower. Didn't do too well gambling, but won $700 on the last morning to cut into my losses (always nice to leave on a win). The free shuttles don't come very often, so we took the Jitney...saw some interesting people on the Jitney. Harrahs is a very nice place, but I would rather stay on the boardwalk for the ocean, different casinos, shops... One thing is that the Diamond lounge at Caesars was virtually empty now that they charge 1000 points/person for the first 2 guests and 2500 for the third. I didn't notice much of a difference in food quality, but we were able to get in and out and get drinks quickly.
