Harrah's/Caesars Joliet DL Moving

As of October 26th the Diamond Lounge in Joliet is temporally moving to Studio 151 to make way for Paula Deen's buffet.
Good food today.....hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato wedges, salads, watermelon and all the fixings for the burgs and dogs. Plus soft serve ice cream and hot apple cobbler.The place was packed!

Do they say when her buffet will open.

Not until 2012. I thought that was a really long time to have your buffet closed. They will be missing out on the Thanksgiving and Christmas crowd.

I ate at the Paula Deen buffet at Southern Indiana. It was good, but not great (with the exception of the mac and cheese, which was awesome).

joyce......i lost $400 on .25 and 1.00 vp in one hour at joliet today. not my day.

enough about me. there were a lot of diamonds eating at Studio 151. there are so many
diamonds that there are tables set up when you walk from the hotel to the main
entrance to the casino by starbucks. all the tables were taken. there was a menu
posted and had turkey and ham sandwiches with what looked like decent grub.
people were serving themselves from assorted hot trays.

my tin would not let me in. plus after my vp debacle (one freakin hour!!!) i wasn't hungry.

Ouch Wayne! I don't blame you for bypassing the food after a loss like that. It is a little hard to swallow. Hope your next trip has better luck.
