Harrah's Cherokee Valley River in Murphy, N.C.

Hey everyone...looking for some folks who frequent Harrah's Cherokee who intend to check our or play at the new casino in Murphy, N.C., when it opens next year. I'm doing a story for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and was hoping to talk to some avid gamblers in the Georgia area who are looking forward to what will be the closest gambling option for those of us in Georgia.

We live near Charlotte, NC and do not plan to visit the Murphy location as Cherokee will be much closer. Think the Atlanta metro is more the market for the new casino.

That's the plan. It is only 2 hours from Atlanta.
