Harrah's Horseshoe So. Ind. Multiple point question

May 26 Harrah's /Caesar's Horseshoe is having multiple point days. If I play there and say I earn 1000 tier credits. If I am diamond does this mean I get 7000 tier credits, or is the 7X just for reward credits? Thanks for your time.

Does that include videopoker for the points? Seems they always have the fine print that excludes VP. Thanks!!
