Hollywood St Louis previously Harrahs

It's not quite East of the Mississippi but where else would you post this. Received a snail mail postcard offering free nights that said to call as the website is not available for booking. Was able to call and make a reservation with no problems. The last I heard though was the the gaming commission had still not approved the sale and license.
Heading over on Tuesday for a comped overnight stay. Will find out what the story is about honoring tier level from Harrahs and points. Has anyone else already been there and have some information to share?
I loved this casino, damn you Caesars.
We came in yesterday, stayed the night and are leaving this morning. Got in around 3 and there was only one desk clerk for check-in but that was not a problem as there were no other guests around. Rooms haven't changed other than water bottles say "Hollywood". One nice change is that they have complimentary wifi in the rooms. Went down to get our Hollywood players cards. We are gold and diamond with Harrahs. There were 3 "workers" at the players club (two for the equivalent of Harrahs gold and platinum..Hollywood Marqee and Celebrity and one for the line for Producer/Executive Producer (Diamond and 7 Star)). We just got in the basic line as were uncertain of procedure. The worker asked for ID and then asked for my Diamond card. She then went and talked with the Producer/Executive Producer worker (who was not serving anyone) and came back. She did this again and then told me I was the equivalent of Diamond but it would expire in Dec 31st. When I asked about this she went and talked with the other worker again and then told me my level would "probably be extended when I came back". The Producer/Executive Producer worker never bothered to come talk to me and didn't even leave where she was standing even though she was not helping any people.
We went up to the Diamond Lounge (now called Producer Lounge). Menu has been slightly expanded and when we got ready to leave were told that absolutely NO food or drink may be removed from the lounge. That means no alcohol (which you have to pay for anyway), no coffee which is free there and on the casino floor and definitely not that package of potato chips that you didn't open that came with your sandwich.
The casino was fairly empty the entire time and at no point did a host come by to greet me. I point this out because Harrahs St Louis is the only Harrahs property where a host would usually come by to say hello and offer a food comp without my asking.
We are leaving without a warm and fuzzy feeling about Hollywood St Louis.

On our way downstairs to leave we happened to run into Tony Calucci who is the Hollywood Casino's General Manager. Spent several minutes with him talking about our concerns with the Player's Club and my producer level expiring on 31 Dec. He said that didn't sound right to him either and that someone would get in touch with me.
We also talked about the Missouri Gaming Commission really coming down hard on Hollywood as the "new kid on the block".
We'll see what happens and I'll update this post if necessary.
Got an update yesterday that my players card status does automatically extend for 6 months on 1 Jan. Aso any play on my Hollywood St Louis card at Argossy in NKC or Hollywood Speedway will transfer.
