I finally visited on July 4th. The downstairs has new machines, but upstairs is mostly the same. All video poker is now upstairs, and is exactly the same. Before there were a few downstairs. So far no real changes. It does take a lot more play to get parking however, and it seemed like I got very few points and comp dollars for my play. I don't go often, but I used to enjoy the Horseshoe.
