Late Night/24 hr Food at CET Boardwalk Properties

I saw on Caesar's website that Cafe Roma is open 24 hours most days. Can one use their points one to one at Cafe Roma? Are there any other 24 hour restaurants located at CET Boardwalk properties where one can use their points one to one? TIA

You can use points at Cafe Roma or any of the Caesars-owned restaurants on property (the places at The Pier are different, though you may be able to redeem points there at 2:1, but I've never actually done that). The same is true at Harrah's, Bally's, and Showboat, where you can use points 1:1 at the restaurants they own (and usually 2:1 at restaurants they don't own).

Figuring out what is open in Atlantic City late at night is tricky. During the summer, you'll have something open at most properties, which is usually the coffee shop (except for Showboat, where they have their snack bar by the parking garage open just about all of the time). However, it seems every year (or every couple months) the policies change and restaurants are open less often. In the winter, I've walked through several different casinos before finding a place to eat late at night.
If you are in the area of the Tropicana, the deli is open all night. Really good turkey sandwiches, and they offer breakfast sandwiches all day/night also. Not located in the Quarter, it is downstairs just off the boardwalk.

Janice and Bob, thank you.

that snackbar is now an earl of sandwich. i dont know what hours its open because it hadnt opened at all yet when i was there. what was open 24 hours about a month ago was johnny rockets (2:1) and the restaurant at house of blues (1:1)

also 24 hours and 1:1 is the coffee shop at ballys (called something like six bistro or bistro six).

Yes, this is the only thing open at Caesars late night- it's OK. I went ballistic as our order didn't come and I was dead tired and beyond hungry and I had to GO GET a waiter to FIND our order and the food was ice cold.. a burger! Never so mad in all my life at food and service. YMMV.
I don;t know when Cafe Roma closed for nighttime (11pm?)- AC is dead except for summertime.

Appreciate the review. We're now taking a slightly earlier flight. If our plane arrives on time, we should arrive in AC around 10:30 pm. I'm not so concerned about me. . . I can get by on trail mix and bottled water if necessary. My older relatives, however, will need substance. Because one of them really needs to stay away from fast food, I really don't want to stop at that rest stop place with the fast food.
According to the email I received, these are the restaurants one can use their points 1 to 1 in Atlantic City.
