Pinnacle Properties

Am interviewing with corporate at Pinnacle which owns several casino/hotels in LA and MO (Boomtown in NO and Bossier City; L'Auberge in Lake Charles and Baton Rouge; Lumiere Place and River City in St. Louis amongst others). I've never visited any of these places.
For those who have, would welcome feedback on how well-run you think they are - are they clean and kept up; customer service top notch?

Had the pleasure of being invited to check out the St. Louis properties. My wife and I were treated exceptionally well. I would rate the casinos as equal or slightly above the average but the customer service and special attention we received were outstanding.

Lauberge Baton Rouge is brand new, just opened last year. very nice and seems to be very well run. I was there opening day and there were a few oddities, but it's been very smooth since. Haven't visited any of the other pinnacle properties so can't comment on any of them.
