-resorts currently has the best payback for comps and cashback as by a survey of all ac casinos by phila magazine-----and my own experience------
their paramount card is similar to harrahs diamond card and takes about the same amount of play although resorts is on a 6 months basis as differed from harrahs 12 month basis-----very liberal with their comp room policy-------i have both cards and can say resorts is the better deal-----
their"diamond lounge" is not as good as the harrahs casinos lounges,but that may be the only area----------------and------you can actually get to talk to and be assigned a host for help when needed,not so with the harrahs host system at least for 25c video-poker players as myself-------
