Revel: Anyone getting promotional rates/ offers

I was looking for a room April 10, Tuesday night, and the person on the phone said $239 plus tax for the
cheapest room. Is anyone getting a better deal?
HA! I wouldn't bet on it. They keep going out of their way to point out that they're not going after the typical "comp" gambler (one of the reasons cited for not having a buffet), so I'd guess they're not going to demean themselves by offering room deals. Until, of course, they're left with hundreds of empty rooms because no one is willing to pay their ridiculous prices.

I thought their plan was to steal customers from the Borgata. I guess they have never seen black chip players at the buffet. On second thought, they are not on the buffet line. They are in the players lounge getting the free buffet, and free drinks etc.

So, my wife and I will stay at the Water Club on the usual comp, then go take a look at the Revel,
then go next door to Showboat and use our comped meal coupon and remaining TR points.
They have Beyonce entertaining in May. Everyone I know already saw her with free tickets at Mohegan Sun.

This Revel experiment will be fun to watch.

Same here.. Staying at Bally's this Eaaster Weekend- will walk to it/ get a card, play some and wait for offers but I will not be holding my breath.
$239.00, my heart shaped butt

I was on their web sites and promo blogs..
They are actually going for the ladies who spa, fine diners and night club scenes. Gambling is an
low-keyed... after-thought.
God Bless 'em.
