Roadhouse Tunica

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at.
Interesting. We stayed there this spring and had no problems. What happened on your stay???
The room was filthy. Dirt and hair in the corners, toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, mold and soap scum in the shower. I should have asked to be moved but at first blush it was a nice looking room. I didn't notice the filth until I came up later and night and even then I was hoping the maid might clean the next day but it was not to be. I wrote a review on Trip Advisor (with pics) I would post pics here but I am one of the un-technical folks. The hallways carpets were dirty also.

The staff was very nice and I did have some nice wins.
The management responds to problems. You should have contacted the surpervisor for housekeeping. The Roadhouse is pretty worn but they do respond about problems with housekeeping. Since you have already left I would suggest going through Harrahs website and send a message telling them the problem and giving the room number.

Thanks Sandypaws. I felt a little uncomfortable approaching management/supervision when I was there as every seemed to know everyone else. Also it seemed with looking at the halls that it seemed management didn't really care. I am a bit of a chicken I can do e mails, but face to face confrontation makes me very nervous I get tongue tied and my heart races. I know that's a cop out but that's what it is. I will send them an e mail when I finally get home.

I understand it is an older property but older doesn't have to mean neglected.
