Tunica transportation

Will be flying on a charter to Tunica. I know there is a shuttle from Harrahs to other Harrahs properties. Is there any transportation to the other casino properties such as Hollywood? If so does anyone have a phone number for them. Can you rent a car in Tunca?
You can rent cars in Tunica. Not sure which of Harrah's properties you're staying at, but I know at Harrah's they have a rental car desk (or they did last time I was there a few years ago)
If it is the same as when I went each time they put us in the only Harrah's WITHOUT A CASINO. I thaught this is a brilliant move to have a plane load of gamblers stay at this hotel.lol
There is a shuttle that takes you to all of the other Caesars casinos.
The shuttle runs very often, you don't have to call for it.
Good Luck Always,

All of the Harrahs/Caesars properties in Tunica (Harrahs/Horseshoe/Roadhouse) have a casino unless you mean the Veranda and Terrace hotels that have a shuttle to Harrahs. It would be quite a hike from those hotels to the casino especially with the heat down there now. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes from Harrahs to the Horseshoe and the Roadhouse is next door to that and next door to the Gold Strike (an MGM property).
At one time there was a bus/shuttle that went to all the casinos in the area for a minimal fare. However it was extremely unreliable as drivers would decide it was time to take a break for lunch or whatever and you would be stuck wherever they had stopped.

There are also a few shuttle services that will bring you from one casino to another; when we stayed at Harrah's, there were a bunch of business cards at the bell stand. We wound up just playing at Harrah's and the Roadhouse, so the Harrah's shuttle was all we needed; didn't have enough time to go down to Sam's or the other south-end casinos.

i just opened a TR offer for me and my girl to stay at Harrahs tunica from 9/17-20th.

Is there a casino at Harrahs Tunica?

Are there other casinos hear by??

What do you think of Harrahs Tunica???

Is it worth $330 (round trip airfare & 3 nights accomodations) included for 2 people from Buffalo NY????
Hey, Champ. We've only been there once, it was an air package to Harrah's Tunica. It's a nice hotel in a bunch of buildings, on maybe a 50 or 100 acre piece of land, so you need to take the (every 10 minute) shuttle from your hotel building to the casino. They had some decent games (for Harrah's). Nice hotel, we only ate at the Paula Dean buffet, which I wasn't impressed with at all. They do have a fairly frequent shuttle to the other two Harrah's properties, Tunica Roadhouse (best VP and BJ in town, nice place) and Horseshoe (nothing playable for us; good but not great steakhouse). Those two properties and Gold Strike (MGM; also nothing playable) are all next to each other, very easy walk.

$330 for two seems like a good deal, even if you just figure the airfare. There are ways to get around to the other casinos in town; I really wanted to get to Sam's (we're Boyd people), but never got around to it, just had two nights.
If it is only $330 for both of you then I would say that is a very good offer. Previous poster cover most info. Pools will probably still be open. Being from the East you might like to know there is a Dunkin Donuts in Harrahs Casino.
I liked Harrah's, although we stayed at Horseshoe. I thought the Paula Deen buffet was quite good. It is not a premium Vegas buffet with prime rib, crab legs, etc. I found plenty to eat and discovered "Gooey Cake." Just what I need--another high calorie treat!
