Twin River does allow smoking. the main casino on the first level is all smoking. the smaller casino on the second level is all non-smoking.
Non alcoholic drinks are free. You have to pay for any beer, wine or other alcoholic drink. they do have servers who will bring the drinks to you, or you can order from any bar.
I go there frequently. They have very poor VP pay tables, but if slots are what you are looking for, they certainly have many of them. No table games, but they do have the virtual blackjack tables for 10.00 a hand and roulette for 5.00 min bet.
there are 2 food courts - one with Nathan's hot dogs, Dunkin donuts, Jeet which is a seafood fast food joint, and East meets West which is chinese food. the other food court off the main large casino, has a Subway, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Johnny Rockets, Soupman, New York Pretzels, Hagen Daz ice cream. Also there are some restaurants on the 2nd floor along with another dunkin donuts (3 in total inside this place) and a pizza/sandwich place and another Johnny rockets!! If you are looking for a pretty good deal, try Wicked Good Bar and Grill, their meals are reasonable and filling.
