They managed to soak Vegas visitors to pay for Allegiant Stadium, but since that "visitor tax" is still being imposed, they can't really get away with charging Vegas visitors for two stadiums.

And no one's really enthusiastic about adopting MLB's absolute worst team. (Not always the worst record, but by far the worst management.)

Team should have stayed in Oakland.Fans disappointed. Now the team is vacating Oakland. They will play in Sacramento till Las Vegas completed. I am in San Francisco. San Francisco Giants baseball not doing great ether.

Every new stadium didn't have financing at one point...until it did.

Fisher is a crappy owner who has been trying to move the A's for years.  He deliberately tanked the team & stadium to show Oakland didn't support the team.

Fisher has been trying to get financing for over a year & has had no takers.  The city is mad because Fisher is claiming he can play 8 homes per year elsewhere.

MLB should force him to divest and start the process all over.

The SF Bay Area can absolutely support two baseball teams, and the A's would be competitive if their owner cared. I'm actually surprised that they're doing as well as they are, considering that for the last several years, every time a player shows talent, they dump him.

The city of Oakland tried to negotiate a deal with team owner. No luck with him.Humor city didn't offer enough money.
