I saw them in May using an earlier groupon. The show is now based more on Johns music as the John and George muscians are from the fab four I saw 3-4 years ago. The paul guy isn't real good, doesn't have the mannerisms down etc. The new Ringo is ok. George does 3 or 4 tunes and really plays a great guitar. My feeling is they rock alot harder then the show 3-4 years ago. Also the Ed Sullivan guy does more skits not only as Ed but Austin powers, a hippie and they have some go-go girls in the show also. I actually liked it better then the show I saw a few years ago.
A tip if your using the groupon. When getting your tickets at the box office, they try to get you to pay more for vip seats. The new venue has no bad seats and is quite large. When we went in they just told everyone to take whatever seat you wanted in the middle section. We had perfect seats for our $25-10 rows up center stage. Our show was filled in the middle with very few seats on the side used. BTW its a wierd location for a show as you go up 3-4 flights of winding stairs to the showroom. Before the show they'll ask for a girl to be used as a dancer on stage and they do This Boy acapella. Worth the money.
