  For those who are mathematically challenged - $480 million/year is over $1+ million per DAY.  They are swimming in red ink along with the Fontainebleau - both vivid examples of greed and stupidity.

Just wait till the "wow" factor wears off and the Pent up demand from Covid finally wears off (I think it already has).      They'll declare bankruptcy and someone will buy it for pennies on the dollar.     

I predict it will ultimately be used for a lot of advertising.   Instead of the artistic displays that light up the strip today it will be showing a lot of ads for strip clubs and insurance companies.

This is two bad.For me the movie worth the money. There is a high and low price.I would like to see a concert in the future.The big problem for me as a senior is access.Once inside fine,yet the outside wait for older folks a  challenge.We complained because in the hot summer months no where for handicap to wait.I still get around pretty well for my age,yet standing in the heat for half hour or more too much.Steep steps to seating adds another challenge.Nevertheless saying all this I will go again in the future. Just a bit better planing. Maybe a gambling area would help.Ha Ha
