Carnaval Court (bar) admission charge

I have been to Vegas way over 20 times and I have never paid to get into Carnaval Courts bar area. I do know after a certain time that they do charge. What is the charge? and is there any way to avoid the charge other then going in prior to a certain time?

I have been to Carnival Court and have never paid at any time, not even on the weekend...I have never even been asked to pay, but It wouldn't suprise me if they started to charge.

CE would have to Pay ME to hang around Carnival Court for any period of time.

the idea of that is insane~~~~
