Cirque du Soleil

I am reasonably sure I am the only person on these boards that has not seen a Cirque show in Vegas. That puts me in the enviable position of being able to glean knowledge from all of you, so thanks in advance! My wife and I will see one, maybe two, shows this coming trip. I have two questions for you:

1) Which Cirque (others like LeReve included) show is best?
2) Are there half-price or discounted tickets available?

Thanks in advance for any opinions or information!
1. There is no BEST CIRQUE Show, lol. They all have their own personalities. What's best is what's best for you.
I always suggest folks start out with MYSTERE. It's the most reasonably priced CIRQUE Show, lots of
variety and wonderful artists. You want an UPPER REAR seat. I sugest SECTION 203 or as close to it
as possible and avoid ROWS AA and BB if they're close to the stairs...a handrail will be in your view.
Call the box office and request your seating choice: 1.800.944.7444

2. YES...Most of the discouters have tickets to many of the Shows but...you don't have the choice in
seating you do if you call the box office and request your location, some seats aren't the best and
bottom line...you'll get what you pay for.

www.bestofvegas.com (my choice because you know where your seats are)
www.tix4tonight.com
www.travelzoo.com
As well as the discounts here at LVA.

ALWAYS BEFORE YOU BUY...LOOK AT THE SEATING CHART, KNOW WHERE YOU WANT TO SIT, SHOP SMART
AND CALL THE BOX OFFICE FOR TICKETS. Website bookings are your 'last' choice.
You will get many differing opinions on this. I have seen 5 Cirque shows and would rate them. 1. Love 2 Zumanity 3 Mystere 4 O 5 Ka. I thought Love was by far the best. I liked Zumanity because of the sexiness and the humor. The other three I wasn't overly impressed with. I could have fallen asleep during Ka, although other LVA members will tell you they loved it.

The last time I was in Vegas Tix4Tonite did have Love and Zumanity tickets available. It was a weekday. I'm sure Tix4Tonite has more options on weekdays as opposed to weekends. If you decide to try Tix4Tonite, go early, they only have a limited amount of tickets, and I'm sure the Cirque ones sell out quickly.
It's odd I ever agree with anyone on the rank of them and I have seen all of them and totally agree with Yo Eleven on his rank. Going to see the new one Zarcana on opening night Nov 1st.

I agree with GREGRIO. see Mystere first. My fav is KA
We have only seen Mystere and 'O' in sections recommended by GREGRIO. We enjoyed Mystere quite a bit more than 'O', which was also fantastic. If you pick Mystere, get there early...the pre-show is hilarious! Our son-in-law loved Ka. I don't think you can go too far wrong with whatever show you select. Enjoy!!!!!!
Yeah, take PFB333's advice and be in your seats aprox. 15min. prior to showtime.
Each CIRQUE Show has a Pre-Show warm up...MYSTERE has the best, don't miss it.
Gregrio,
Which seats would you suggest for Love?
We will be attending in September for our wedding anniversary; been wanting to see this show since it opened!
I just saw LOVE and loved it. I got tickets from the Summer of Cirque promotion and had seats in section 202. I was top row and was very happy there because I could see it all. Would highly recommend that show.
