Well, they're going to hold the Electric Daisy Carnival after all. 200,000 people will attend each day and pack a small area to listen to music, etc. One might be alarmed at this massive potential superspreader event. But not to worry! At each entrance, there will be a sign, eight inches by twelve inches, prominently displayed:

"We think it might be a good idea for you to wear a mask if you feel like it, except of course when you're eating, drinking, smoking, talking, singing, dancing, walking, or standing. If you feel sick, come on in anyway, but try not to cough on people unless you really can't help it. Stay safe and spend lots of money."

People, after all, have the sacred freedumb to dance themselves right into the hospital and to infect others in the process (cough, cough).
