I never bought a Bee Gees record...
Never was into DISCO but...
I have to admit, I really like the Bee Gees harmony AND
their contribution to music definitely had it's place so...
I was glad to see the little review by Mike Weatherford in
todays' (Friday 3/4) RJ.
The AUSTRALIAN BEE GEES...Michael Clift, David Scott and Wanye Hosking put
together the Bee Gees Show in the Excalibur's 'Thunder From Down Under' showroom.
They've been touring since '96 and I'm looking forward to seeing it and hoping...I'm
as impresses as I was with their fellow Ausies HUMAN NATURE.
LIVE band/LIVE vocals...How Deep Is Your Love, Nights on Broadway, Saturday Night Fever, To Love Somebody, Massachusetts, Holiday, New York Mining Desaster and more...ONLY PROBLEM...the room hasn't been used to mixing a full band and the 'sound'
is being 'tweaked' till they get it right. (if they don't, it'll close before it's time) but it sounds like it has a real good chance of becoming a new, affordable choice of entertainment (in a property I would normally never visit)
3 video screens and EVEN A DANCE FLOOR in the corner!
Due to 'our' schedules, I can't see it until May however... (ihopeit'sstillthere)
