While planning for my vegas trip next week, I noticed that Goldstar had discount tixs for Madame Tussauds wax mueseum. My girl and i had been talking about taking the kids (well actually grown kids ages 23-34), to the museum since it would be the first time in vegas for 4 of them.
The "price" was $10.00-16.00 so I immediatly ordered the max allowed by Goldstar..6. Came to 84 and some change. The Goldstar email immediatly popped up in my inbox confirming the purchase. As I went to place the email in my "Vegas 2013" folder I noticed that it said "ages 4-12"
I quickly went back to the goldstar site and sure enough I missed the "ages 4-12" in parethessees (sic). My first thought was that "I'm screwed". Im not taking anyone to Vegas in that age group. I scrambled to find a contact number for them but all I could find was an email asddress to contact them with concerns/questions??? Im like S--T! It will be sometime next year before I hear from these folks! I emailed them my mistake and wanted to know what could be done.
15 minutes later I get the following....."Subject: Refund reciept for Purchase #..........." " Thank you for your purchase. This email is a reciept for a refund related to the following ticket purchase" Following this it had what I purchased and the amount it cost which was refunded in full!
I have never seen that fast a response even when it comes to my own bank! Kudos to Goldstar...You have customer for life!
