Greg London cancelled!

I had bought tickets for his show through vegas.com. then last week I got a phone call that his shows where cancelled starting mid feb. has anyone heard why, I was wondering if maybe he was was switching venues or something like that..now this is the 2nd show I planned on seeing that wont be performing when we are there at the end of march, we were also going to see human nature..

It was probably cancelled due to brisk ticket sales.....

Of course, that comment is dripping with sarcasm. I suspect, like anything entertainment based, it's about the money. He probably was "4 walling" the show which means he rents the rooms and majority of the related expenses. It's tough to make it under those type of conditions without considerable ticket sales. I had the pleasure of meeting the Las Vegas Hilton entertainment director a few years back, and he mentioned that many of the shows in the Shimmer Cabaret were "4 wall" shows.

He signed up to perform on a cruise ship, pretty sure it was Norwegian Caribbean. According to what I read, he expects to return to Las Vegas after he completes his (3-month?) contract.
