Harrahs All Stage Pass

Anyone use it yet? How did it work? Sounds like a good deal but when I try to open the FAQs or Show Schedule they're blank. If anyone has experience with this $99 - 48 hour pass please let me know.

Try this link; it seems to work for me.

I haven't used it, but I am intrigued by it. It's a possibility on future trips. My comments:

* It seems that virtually every show HET offers in LV is either deeply discounted to $40 (Cher, Manilow, the Osmonds, Penn & Teller) or "free" (the rest) under this deal. Just noticed... "Peepshow" isn't on either list, so don't choose this for that.
* I don't see an expiration date.
* The cost is $99+ tax for members.
* You can only buy this at the P. Ho box office.
* The pass is good for 48 hours from the time you buy it.
* You have to pick up the ticket(s) at the box office of the casino where they're playing - Harrah's for Rita, Flamingo for Georgie, etc.
* You can pick up your ticket NO EARLIER THAN 2 HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW.
* You're not guaranteed a ticket to any show. Show up and take your chances.
* No combining other discounts/offers with this.

Since most of the better shows on the "free" list retail for around $50, it seems the magic number is 2 - if you're sure to attend two of these shows, then this is a fair deal. More than that and it's an excellent one. I'd like this a lot more if they spread out the dates a little - a week would be ideal, but 72 hours would be better than what they have. I think the LVA will have a more careful analysis of this in a future issue, if it sticks around.

All in all, power showgoers have already whipped out their credit cards in anticipation. Dilettantes who like to see lots of different shows will like this too. Shows aren't normally a high priority for me, but this seems to be a better use of my time than gambling or sitting in line at the buffets on the Strip. We'll see.
Depending on the reviews I see from people who actually use this, we're planning on possibly using this in December while we're out.

I had planned on seeing quite a few shows using B1G1 coupon's anyway and quite a few of those shows are available with the stage pass.

Question to you all, is this doable?

Thursday, Dec 16
4 PM Matsuri - IP
8 PM Vinnie Favrito - Flamingo
10 PM X Burlesque - Flamingo

Friday, Dec 17
7:30 Legends - Harrahs
10 PM George Wallace - Flamingo .. or 10:30 Improv - Harrah's

Not sure if we'd have time to watch Legends and then scoot over to Flamingo and get tix for George Wallace, if not we'd do the Improv.

We could also catch the Mac King Show on Friday at Harrah's at either 1 or 3 PM, but the wife thinks that show would be a waste of time.

Thoughts?
I think it is very doable, as long as there are still tickets left. You can't pick up tickets until two hours before show time, so some of your later shows will be at risk, although my guess is that you'll be fine. Sounds like a great line up, by the way.

To answer your last question first, I've never seen Mac King, but heard lots of good reviews of it. If you've got the pass anyway, aren't too tired, and are interested in the show, I say why not?

I'd say your schedule is doable. You're going to have to hustle both nights to get tickets, which may get old, but there should be enough time to do it. Very little time for anything else, though.

And so they did, in this month's issue.
This deal didn't interest me because of the Show choices...I guess the price is
right if you can see 2 or more.
In December...before you buy...check the Shows you'd be interested in. Some
could be on Holidaze Hiatus. Don't count on the Box Office to tell you this until
after you purchase the tickets...
My entire family thought Mac King was one of the best shows and best values in Vegas. Great way to spend an hour in the afternoon.

I agree 100% MAC HAS A GREAT LITTLE SHOW!!!
